Work units and offices - available for rent

Despite the current economic challenges, Coach House Regeneration Ltd has been able to launch and maintain several community businesses.

Currently only one small unit remains unoccupied on the ground floor. Two of the offices are occupied on the first floor leaving three available for rent. The anchor tenant earmarked for the entire top floor is still negotiating and ideas for further growth are earmarked for the workshops.
