Coach House Regeneration - funding finalised

We are absolutely delighted to announce that all the required funds to commence the building is in place.

The final £2,000 of this £875,720.45 journey was made by a private donation to ensure that the project commenced immediately without possible delay and the necessary fund raising.

We are grateful to our financial partners in DETI, IFI and UCIT and to all the individuals who worked voluntarily on the demolitionof the old building.

The continued advice and input of the Project Manager R.E. Quinn architect is appreciated and together with our management team will stay focused to deliver a Community Business Park available to all.
